Registration is open for Spring 2026 LSAT Prep Course!

We are excited to be able to offer our affordable in person LSAT prep course again this academic year! If you are unable to register for the Spring 2026 course, we are planning on offering this course again in Summer 2026. Please fill out the interest form (below) to be notified when registration becomes available for Summer 2026. We will update this page with additional information as it becomes available.

This course will help you prepare for and improve your score on the Law School Admissions Test by teaching the skills essential for correctly answering reading comprehension and logical reasoning questions. Through demonstrations and guided practice, lessons will emphasize mastery of methods and efficient application of these methods under time constraints. 

Course Details

Day/Time: Mondays and Wednesdays from 3/9/2026 through 5/6/2026, 4:45 PM - 6:45 PM (there will be no classes during spring break the week of March 23rd-29th)

Instructional Method: This is an IN PERSON course, with the exception of the 4/29/2026 class meeting which will be conducted remotely. 

Location: Richard & Maureen Neuberger Center (RMNC) Room 123, 1600 SW 4th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97201.

Cost

Tuition is $400; Register by 11:59pm on 2/28/26 for 10% discount with code EARLY10. Students in the PSU Explore the Law program will also receive a discount code.

Megan Needham, JD

About the Instructor

Megan Needham teaches the Portland State University LSAT Prep Course. She first wrote the curriculum for and taught LSAT Prep classes at Indiana University in 2014 and began teaching at PSU in 2017. Professor Needham's course draws upon the real-world applications of LSAT skills that she learned while earning her J.D. at Georgetown Law and working as an intellectual property litigator at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Workman Nydegger. In addition to teaching in the university setting, she has tutored hundreds of students one-on-one for the LSAT, coached students for their law school and college applications, and advised BARBRI students as they prepare for the bar exam. Professor Needham has a deep passion for helping students and developing learning strategies to meet the needs of individual learners.
