There are many Fulbright activities at Portland State University and many staff members who support various aspects. If you are uncertain who to talk to, see below.
Please contact Krista Kennedy - Sponsored Student Program Administrator if you are are a:
- Foreign Fulbright Student coming to PSU
- PSU Department sponsoring a foreign Fulbright Student
- Sponsoring agency of foreign Fulbright student
- Fulbright Commission staff, Fulbright administrators in the US (IIE, AmidEast, Laspau, etc.)
Please contact David Brandt - Scholar Advisor if you are a:
- Incoming International Fulbright Scholar (Professor) to PSU
- Department sponsoring international Fulbright Scholar
- Fulbright commission office staff (both inside and outside of the US) for scholar interests
- Contributer to orientation programming for international scholars
Please contact: Debra Clemans - Director of Fulbright and Boren Programs if you are a:
- PSU student or PSU alumni interested in applying for the Fulbright US Student program
- PSU faculty and other professionals interested in applying for Fulbright Scholar awards outside the US
- PSU faculty wishing to refer a student to Fulbright opportunities
- Fulbright or Fulbright-Hays alumni
- Members of the Fulbright Association Oregon Chapter
