Create your own special program abroad at PSU

International Special Programs (ISP) offers a variety of ESL-based experiential programs for international groups. Programs can be customized to meet the needs of clients and partners. 

The Portland Center offers a 3- to 12-month academic study abroad program. Portland Centers students may register for up to 16 credits per term including a required course (4 credits) called Academic English every term. This Academic English course is open only to Portland Center program students and tailored to their specific needs.
