Equity, Audit & Compliance The Office of Equity, Audit & Compliance Internal auditing consists of the Equity and Compliance and Internal Audit offices. Both provide independent and objective oversight of Portland State’s operations. Equity & ComplianceThe Office of Equity and Compliance is the designated office responsible for addressing incidents of bias, discrimination and harassment and serves as the initial contact point for the assessment and/or investigation of all reports pertaining to violations of the Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy, Prohibited Discrimination and Harassment, including Sexual Harassment, Policy, the Reasonable Accommodations/Access Policy and the Consensual Relationship Policy.
