Report Concerns

The linked form below will allow you to report directly to Equity & Compliance with concerns about incidents of bias, discrimination, and harassment

All reports will be evaluated to determine if further investigation is necessary for potential violations of University policy and/or criminal law.

Portland State University strictly prohibits discrimination or harassment based on age, disability, national origin, race, color, marital status, veteran status, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or genetic information. Discrimination or harassment related to the use of Worker’s Compensation, the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act, or the Oregon Family Leave Act is also strictly prohibited. These actions violate PSU’s Prohibited Discrimination & Harassment Policy and are unlawful.

The Office of Equity & Compliance regularly reviews PSU's Prohibited Discrimination & Harassment Policy, along with related policies on Sexual Misconduct and Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation. We actively encourage and welcome community feedback on these policies, our resolution processes, and the services we provide. Your insights help us recognize what we’re doing well and identify opportunities for improvement.
