Our Services

University Financial Services

The UFS team leads PSU's accounting services and contracting and procurement services departments.

Student Financial Services

Student Financial Services provides cashiering, ID, billing, and payments services.


University Budget Office

The Budget Office is responsible for financial planning, supporting the effective and efficient use of PSU's financial resources.

Planning, Construction, and Real Estate

Planning, Construction and Real Estate (PCRE) provides leadership and oversight of the planning, development and operations of PSU's physical environment and is comprised of six departments:


Risk Management

Risk Management minimizes the risk exposures of PSU by providing risk consulting and risk services to the PSU community.

Human Resources

HR serves the PSU community in the areas of employee recruitment and retention, new employee onboarding, employee learning and development, payroll, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.


Campus Public Safety

CPSO works with our university partners to ensure that Portland State University is a safe place by providing emergency response, safety escorts, and patrol services to the campus community.




University Place Hotel

The University Place Hotel is a PSU-owned hotel, conference center, and event space in downtown Portland.
