Project Title:
New Housing Building
The PSU New Housing Building will be a new residence hall designed to house more than 500 first-year students. The building will feature many amenities including a classroom, community rooms on all resident levels, a Student Concierge Center to support the PSU community and a private courtyard for the building residents.
Demolition of the Montgomery and Blackstone buildings is ongoing and anticipated to be complete by the end of 2026. Demolition activities are being conducted in accordance with all state and local regulations.
