  1. Pat Boas and Harrell Fletcher, Art + Design faculty, and Sharita Towne MFA ’15 are a part of an exhibition at Oregon Contemporary that honors recipients of the Ford Family Foundation’s Hallie Ford Fellowship in the Visual Arts. 
  2. Berrin Erdogan, business faculty, was interviewed and quoted for an Oregonian story on Jan. 20 called, “Many Remote Workers Can Live Anywhere. Here’s Why Some Choose Oregon While Others Leave.”
  3. Tom Hastings, conflict resolution faculty, had a column from his Minds of the Movement series translated to Thai by the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict. 
  4. Chia Yin Hsu, history faculty, was interviewed on KOIN-TV on Feb. 21 for a story titled, “Russia-Ukraine Crisis: Is De-escalation Possible?”
  5. Rachel Snyder Bhansari, education faculty, has been awarded an honorable mention in the Outstanding Dissertation Award competition for Division K (Teaching and Teacher Education) of the American Educational Research Association.
  6. Jack Straton, physics and university studies faculty, had one of his photographs chosen to be part of Artopia, an international joint show of all fine art media, from Aug. 1-31 in Encino, California.
