Theresa Bauccio-Teschlog is the purchasing manager for the City of Everett, Washington. She has over 21 years of supply chain management experience, including 18 years of working in public procurement. She enjoys conducting requests for proposals for service contracts and administering construction projects from cradle to grave. Theresa is a past membership secretary of the Washington chapter of the Institute for Public Procurement (NIGP) and is the current Education and Research Chair of NIGP.
Theresa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University with a dual concentration in both Operations Management and Marketing. She holds the designation of Certified Professional Public Buyer and earned a Certificate in Construction Contracting from Portland State University.
