Samuel Ashby has worked as a thought leader in process improvement and people development throughout his career. He is currently the director of performance excellence for Legacy Health Systems, where he oversees the development and deployment of process improvement strategy across clinical, operational and administrative value streams. Previously, Samuel served as managing principal of Speed of Thought Consulting and worked in process improvement leadership roles for Nike, Converse, GE Capital, Medtronic, and Toyota. Samuel has leveraged his Lean and Six Sigma expertise across healthcare, consumer finance, consumer products, athletic footwear, and automotive industries.
Samuel holds a BA in Paralegal Science from Eastern Kentucky University. He is a Change Acceleration Process Coach and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
