Ryan Gibson has 10 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He focuses his practice on advising and training employers on compliance with all manner of employment laws, including in the areas of discrimination and harassment, family leave, wage and hour, disability accommodation, and employment contracts. He has extensive experience representing employers in litigation in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.
Ryan also worked in the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office and has been listed as an Oregon Super Lawyer since 2014. Ryan earned a BA from Colorado College and a JD from Lewis and Clark College.
