Kjell van Zoen is a strategic energy management and Lean operations coach for Energy 350, Inc., where he helps industrial clients realize energy efficiency using continuous improvement practices. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience, Kjell has worked with businesses in the manufacturing, IT, hospitality, municipal, and non-profit sectors, including roles with Plywerk, PhotosbyKim, and the Parati Company.
Kjell has developed and delivered over 100 workshops and events focused on Lean whole systems thinking. He is the educational and events lead for Lean Portland, a non-profit professional organization focused on supporting continuous improvement and whole systems organizational thinking.
Kjell studied business, philosophy, and economics at University College London and Leiden University.
