KIm Brown, Applied Linguistics faculty, presented for a panel discussion on "Linguistic Diversity, Language Identity, and Multiculturalism in Asia and Implications for PSU"

Applied Linguistics faculty member Kim Brown participated in a panel discussion on "Linguistic Diversity, Language Identity, and Multiculturalism in Asia and Implications for PSU" January 21st, co-sponsored by the Department of World Languages and Literatures and the Institute for Asian Studies.

Dr. Brown's presentation was titled "Language Identity and Multilingualism in the 21st Century: Self and Other in our Globalizing World." Suwako Watanabe, Director of the Institute for Asian Studies moderated the panel.
