CEPE’s Spring Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program is open for registration! This non-credit certificate program offers professionals a solid foundation in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) concepts. Participants will collaborate as a cohort to explore and understand systems of oppression, privilege, and bias in the workplace, examining their effects on non-dominant groups.
There are four modules in the program, and the Spring 2025 schedule is as follows; discounts may be available.
Module 1 - DEI Fundamentals: April 22, April 24, & April 29 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm
Module 2 - Microaggression: May 6, May 8, & May 13 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm
Module 3 - Privilege, Bias, and Unconscious Bias: May 27, May 29, & June 3 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm
Module 4 - Allyship: June 10, June 12, & June 17 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm
Note: each module is 15 hours long, consisting of three 3-hour virtual live interactive sessions with 6 hours of pre-work assignments, self-study, and reflection.

CANCELLATION POLICY
79% refund: midnight, ten days before the first day of a course start. (PSU charges a 21% administrative fee for CEPE refunds)
0% refund: 12:01 a.m., nine days before the first day of the course or later.
Please note: CEPE has the right to cancel a course if we do not meet the minimum number of enrollments. A full refund (minus the credit card surcharge) will be issued if this is the case.
