Isabel Elizalde earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas A&M University in Technology Management and Educational Technology, respectively. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Texas at Austin. Her expertise is in quality assurance implementation in technology applications; product and change management strategies; and teaching and learning experience support. Her research interests include retention practices for marginalized populations and higher education policy implementation. In her spare time, she likes to read any and all types of books, listen to true crime podcasts, explore new areas and try new food with family and friends.
