The Office of Academic Affairs (OAA), Office of Academic Innovation (OAI), and Research and Graduate Studies (RGS) have designed a series of annual workshops for our Early Career Faculty Cohort, which includes pre-tenure and continuous appointment-probationary faculty hired within the last two years. As part of this cohort, you can access various professional development opportunities to support your growth and success in teaching, research, and service. These workshops are designed to supplement, complement, and enhance the mentoring and training already provided by your college and/or department. Importantly, each workshop will have time for you to connect with other early-career faculty on campus as well as meet and engage with campus leadership.
