Ms. Gibson has been with the Center for Real Estate at Portland State University since 2006 and has been instrumental in advancing the Center's real estate programs. In her role as Barry Menashe Family Executive Director, she works closely with the Center's Advisory Board to advance the mission and vision for the Center for Real Estate. She enjoys connecting students with the commercial real estate industry for networking, mentorships, jobs, and internships and has a personal mission to help students determine the right career fit for their skills and interests. Ms. Gibson brings a decade of real estate experience at PNC Multifamily Housing in Portland, OR, and First Federal Savings and Loan in Santa Monica, CA. Her work included asset management, underwriting, loan servicing and workouts, and affordable housing.
