The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking student workers to join our team! OIT empowers students, faculty, and staff through technology, and you can be a part of that effort. 

You'll find all OIT open student positions listed on Handshake. Currently, the following positions are available:

Helpdesk Agent

OIT's Helpdesk is the primary source of technology support at Portland State University. Apply to become a Helpdesk Agent and you'll gain experience providing essential technical and wayfinding support to the University population by phone, chat, ticketing system, and in-person. 

Field Services Technician

OIT's Field Technology Services provides customer-facing technical support to the campus community. Apply to become a Field Services Technician and you'll gain experience providing support for technology in classroom, event, and departmental spaces both remotely and in-person.
