Higher education and information technology (IT) have become intrinsically tied, which is why Dr. Laura Nissen spearheaded the PSU Futures work and led the Office of Information Technology (OIT) in creating an IT Futures report. The report acted as an exercise on how IT services can be successful in the coming years with an effort on supporting the university and the ever changing nature of higher education.
