myPSU Replaces Banweb for Employees

We’ve been hard at work over the last year working to provide an improved digital experience for faculty, staff, and student employees. If you are a PSU employee, myPSU now contains links to all of the resources from the Employee and Faculty tabs in Banweb. The myPSU student interface will still appear for everyone, regardless of whether they are taking classes or not. Three new sections for: 1) all employees, 2) faculty, and 3) advisors will only display for people with those roles.

Benefits

  • Everyone at PSU will use the same starting point for accessing digital resources: myPSU
  • Employees will be able to easily experience the student interface, which allows individuals to better support students in navigating myPSU
  • myPSU will replace an outdated system with a more modern experience that has the flexibility to evolve over time

How Will it Impact Me?

Instead of going to banweb.pdx.edu, go to my.pdx.edu. On the myPSU Dashboard, there will be a link to the Employee Dashboard, and sections for Faculty and Advisor resources if you have those roles.

  • Start using myPSU now and share your feedback with us
  • You can help by updating any relevant documentation or websites to replace “Banweb” with “myPSU”
  • Campus-wide communications and reminders will be sent in the coming months
  • On October 29, 2025 Banweb will be officially decommissioned
