Adobe Sign e-signature service is now available

OIT is pleased to announce that Adobe Sign is now available at PSU.

Adobe Sign e-signature software is now available as an optional, paid service at PSU that provides the ability to easily send, sign, track, and manage signature processes.

Benefits of using Adobe Sign at PSU

Compared to other e-signature services, you'll find a number of benefits to using Adobe Sign at PSU, including:

  • Low cost.
  • Integration with PSU Single Sign-On.
  • Enterprise features (such as web forms and bulk sending).
  • Improved document retention.
  • Support by the Office of Information Technology (OIT).

This fiscal year the chargeback cost for each department is $1.80 per transaction, charged on a monthly basis. This is a significant saving compared to fees charged by other vendors such as DocuSign for individual departmental use.
