Career goals: what do you plan to do with your fluency in Russian?
I don’t have any specific career goals in mind, but after graduation, I am interested in traveling and perhaps teaching English abroad.
What attracted you to the PSU Russian Flagship program?
The Russian Flagship program excited me because of the variety of classes, support, and ability to travel abroad. I felt that I would be able to gain fluency in the language quicker and easier than any other language that PSU offered.
What’s the best aspect of being in the PSU Russian Flagship program?
My favorite aspect of PSU’s Russian Flagship Program is the teachers, I think all of the teachers that teach Russian have been really amazing and some of my favorite teachers that I have ever had.
Why is fluency in Russian important to you?
By learning another language and culture, it gives you another point of view and perspective that is very important, especially in today's world where everybody is more connected to each other than they have ever been.
