Alisa has over 23 years of experience in urban planning, real estate, and economic
development. Most recently she was the President of Bridge Economic Development: a
Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) consulting firm that works with cities, counties and
regional organizations to deliver inclusive economic development strategies and action plans.
Over the course of her career, she worked as manager of the economic development
department at the City of Vancouver, Washington (2008-2013). In that role she worked across
multiple agencies to implement programs and projects to encourage private-public investment,
including the downtown waterfront development. She began her career as a project manager at
the engineering and planning firm, WRG Design, managing the entitlement process for local and
national retailers along the west coast. She also serves an Adjunct Professor teaching a course
on economic development policy.
Pyszka holds a bachelor's degree in History from Miami University at Oxford, Ohio and graduate
degree in Urban Planning from University of Kansas. She has been recognized by the Portland
Business Journal as a Woman of Influence and by the Daily Journal of Commerce as a Woman
of Vision.

Michael brings with him close to 30 years of experience in property management, managing nearly all types of housing in multiple states, in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, Michael worked as the Deputy Executive Director for Multifamily NW where he advocated for statewide rental assistance, eviction prevention, and housing for Oregonians displaced by wildfire.
Among his career highlights includes being recognized as an “Outstanding Contributor” to fair housing by the Fair Housing Council of Oregon. He holds a Real Estate Principal Broker License in Oregon and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
