As a public university committed to affordable, accessible education, Portland States provides a majority of PSU students with financial aid.

Our financial aid options include scholarships, state and federal grants, and student loans. Follow these easy steps to ensure you obtain all the financial aid you're entitled to use.

Step 1: Estimate the Cost of Your Online Degree: Tuition for Portland State's online degrees varies from program to program. Use our Tuition Estimator to get a rough sense of cost, or contact the department that offers your online degree for more exact figures.

Step 2: Fill Out the FAFSA: To access financial aid at PSU, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA determines your eligibility for need-based financial aid. To have your FAFSA sent to Portland State, use our school code: 003216.
