Karen Cellarius is a senior research associate for the Regional Research Institute (RRI),  the director of the RRI Human Services Implementation Lab and the center administrator for the Oregon Center for Excellence of Assertive Community Treatment and the Oregon Supported Employment Center for Excellence. 

Her expertise focuses on program evaluation, homelessness, addiction, human service systems, opiates and suicide prevention. 

Cellarius has worked with providers serving Oregonians across the lifespan in mental and behavioral health, addiction treatment, supportive housing, suicide prevention, and trauma-informed care. She has more than 25 years of experience designing and assessing human services, including 17+ federal grants from the CDC and SAMHSA grants for services serving multiple communities.
