Professor of Information Systems, Business

Erica Wagner's first area of expertise is on the IS life cycle and “making software work” within local organizations. Wagner's second is in building theoretical insights about the relationship between technology (including software code) and people. The studies in these two areas extend general or emerging theories by interpreting qualitative research data. Her third area of expertise focuses on higher education, not only as sites for in-depth case research but also as a scholarship area within which to contribute.
