Erica Wagner has expertise in the Information Systems life cycle and "making software work" within local organizations as well as building theoretical insights about the relationship between technology (including software code) and people.
Her expertise also includes understanding algorithmic bias related to personal identity categories (such as race, gender or sexual orientation) and how software design shapes the way people can describe themselves (in terms of race, gender, sexual orientation and more).
