Operated by University Communications, this news hub will become your first source for workplace information that includes everything from important employee notices, campus news and events, as well as faculty, staff and program profiles.
For many years, Currently was a weekly newsletter for faculty and staff at PSU. Don’t worry — that trusty newsletter will continue to be published on Monday mornings, but you can also come here all week long to find timely PSU workplace news, events, announcements, features and employee resources.
With several thousand employees, the PSU workplace is a community. The purpose of this workplace news hub is to provide a broader picture of the university, the value of its employees and the impact it has locally and globally.

This news hub will allow for broader coverage of workplace news and issues. Here, you’ll find everything that’s happening at PSU including (but not limited to) grant awards, budget updates, facilities news, faculty and staff profiles, academic and non-academic program features, groundbreaking research, important employee notices and much more.
ACCOLADES
We love to celebrate the accomplishments of PSU faculty and staff with the weekly newsletter feature we call Accolades. These will continue to be published in the newsletter each week (see submission guidelines and deadlines) and they will be posted here at the Currently news hub.
EVENTS
One of the best things about working at a public university is all the opportunities employees have to engage in campus life. The Currently News Hub and newsletter will continue to include notices of events (submit events here).
