Complete build

Vanport Building

PSU, PCC, OHSU, and City of Portland completed a new building on the former site of a parking lot east of ASRC. The 3/4 block site houses the "L-shaped", seven-story, 174,500 GSF building, is bound by public transit on four sides, and contains a variety of uses including ground level retail, classrooms, a dental clinic, academic and non-academic offices.

With multiple users joining together in one building, key partners can share resources and become greater than the sum of their parts—enhancing programs and expanding their impact in our community. Each tenant in the building is committed to sustainability and responsible development to enhance Portland. The building is a commercial condominium with the several different occupants.
