With a background in public sector urban planning and sustainability as well as a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo LEED GA, Liz believes that the design and function of our physical environment is critical in building a community that is both socially equitable and environmentally sustainable. She works to create a built environment at PSU that supports and serves our community. Her tasks include managing long-range planning projects, working with campus stakeholders on small-scale site plans, and improving the conditions of learning spaces. Liz values equity, innovation, and sustainability and appreciate the campus' hands-on approach to learning and the way that it serves as a living laboratory in downtown Portland.
