It is located south of Shattuck Hall and the Green Loop, and north of the Native American Student and Community Center.

The building includes classrooms, studios, galleries, offices, computer labs, and common areas supporting the Art Practice, Art History, and Graphic Design programs.

Designed by Lever Architecture and completed in 2026, the building was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification through sustainable features including a mass timber structural system and a fully planted roof. The project also included construction of the Green Loop adjacent to the building.
