CPID Talks: Partnership in Practice

Join in CPID for an inside look at Transit-Oriented Development (TOD). We’re pleased to welcome Keith Alnwick and Guy Benn, who will present on the origins and objectives of the TOD program, highlight the current project portfolio, and share what’s on the horizon. Attendees will also get a special preview of the new Multnomah East County Library, opening Saturday, May 16.

Located on a former TriMet Park & Ride site in Gresham, this project highlights innovative partnerships and future development opportunities. The presentation will include slides from a recent construction visit and a site plan that brings the vision to life. Whether you’re interested in TOD strategies, community-focused development, or upcoming regional projects, this is a
session you won’t want to miss.

The CPID Talks are aimed at fostering a dialogue about interesting work being done that is relevant to the public interest design field by inviting speakers from a wide variety of disciplines to share their work. This talk will be held in the in the CPID Office School of Architecture at PSU (Shattuck Hall 201). Following the talk, attendees are invited to participate in a discussion on the work.
