One of the featured coffee writers is Lani Kingston, author of How to Make Coffee, Designing Coffee, Spill the Beans: Global Coffee Culture, and adjunct faculty at PSU. She teaches the Anthropology of Coffee, a 1-credit course being offered this summer.
