Central Hub for Learning: Canvas

Canvas is the learning management system at PSU, providing a centralized platform for organizing course content, assignments, quizzes and exams, grades, communication, collaboration, and third-party tool integrations and enhancing the teaching and learning experience across all course modalities at PSU. It’s the go-to space for creating a structured learning environment that’s accessible to all students. 

Edit & Share Instructional Videos: MediaSpace

MediaSpace by Kaltura allows you to easily store, edit, and share video content with your students. This tool integrates with Canvas, making it simple to embed multimedia into your courses and enhance your teaching materials.

Host Synchronous Meetings: Zoom

Zoom enables you to hold live, interactive sessions, office hours, and meetings across all course modalities. It’s a reliable tool for facilitating engaging in-person interactions in a virtual setting, supporting large lectures, small group discussions, and 1:1 conversations. This tool integrates with Canvas and MediaSpace, making it easy to share your Zoom meeting links, recordings, and more to enhance your course.

Collaborate & Share Documents & Slides: Google Workspace for Education


Google Workspace for Education provides a suite of collaborative tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, which are perfect for group projects, real-time feedback, and shared resources. It’s fully integrated with Canvas for seamless access.
