Faculty Book Club: Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI

Friday January 23rd 2026 12:00 PM - 12:00 PM

How can we reconcile the uncertainties of AI-use in our courses with our abiding commitment to supporting students' growth? Can we find productive space to address AI ethically and pragmatically with students in ways that deepen learning without veering into AI boosterism?

Please join colleagues for conversations centered on addressing AI in our teaching lives as we read Ethan Mollick's thought-provoking book together. To ensure a lively and intimate discussion experience for participants, space is limited to 15 participants. Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the book.

What we’re reading: Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI by By Ethan Mollick
From Wharton professor and author of the popular One Useful Thing Substack newsletter Ethan Mollick comes the definitive playbook for working, learning, and living in the new age of AI. In Co-Intelligence, Mollick urges us to engage with AI as co-worker, co-teacher, and coach. He assesses its profound impact on business and education, using dozens of real-time examples of AI in action. Co-Intelligence shows what it means to think and work together with smart machines, and why it’s imperative that we master that skill.
