Coffee, Curriculum, and Conversation" offers all PSU faculty a chance to join a casual discussion anchored by a single article related to a timely teaching topic. Our first conversation centers a question that has remained stubbornly unsettled for decades: is lecture really so bad?

Come and join colleagues in a dialogue about the current place lecture holds in college teaching and your own pedagogy. Please read "Reassessing the value of university lectures" (2017) prior to the event.
