What do you plan to do with your fluency in Russian?

I want to become an interpreter in the U.S. Army.

What attracted you to the PSU Russian Flagship?

It is an intense course that will put me at the highest proficiency in this language Also, it just seemed like a great challenge get to a level of Superior proficiency in a matter of four years.

What’s the best aspect of being in the PSU Russian Flagship?

The learning environment—everyone is just so willing to help you learn. And we build such a close community with each other. We spend every day with one another studying or just hanging out.

Why is fluency in Russian important to you?

I want to be the best in my future career as an interpreter in the U.S. Army. I could be doing anything from just talking to locals to governmental work that would require me to be at the highest level of fluency there is.
