Next Wednesday, September 8th, we close the month of August, FY22.
This Friday, September 3rd:
- Invoices and JV's for the month of August need to be completed and department approved in Banner and uploaded into Onbase. Please remember to back date all August transactions to August 31, 2021.
- PCard "IV" documents must be distributed in Banner by NOON. Please remember to choose the feed date of August 25 or before.
Please be sure to submit all required paperwork to the Foundation before charging to a Foundation index in Banner. Additionally it is important to ensure the paperwork is complete, accurate, and includes required back-up in order for the Foundation to approve in Banner by the deadline.
