Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties work with PSU researchers to improve accuracy of homelessness data

The 2023 Tri-County Point-in-Time Count is an effort by Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties to compile data about the Portland area's houseless individuals. In an effort to generate the most accurate data, this year's count will use common analysis and methodology developed by Portland State University's Homelessness Research and Action Collaborative (HRAC).
