Elise Granek, School of Earth, Environment & Society faculty, presented “Environmental Microplastics - From Our Households To Our Rivers And Oceans And Back To Our Table” at the 1st International Microplastics Exposure and Human Health Conference in Santa Fe, NM on Jan. 12-14, 2026.

Hollie Hix-Small, College of Education faculty, delivered an invited virtual presentation on Dec. 10, 2025, titled Strengthening Early Childhood Intervention: The Importance of Family-Centered and Routines-Based Approaches for a UNICEF Việt Nam learning session in commemoration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, held in Hà Nội, Việt Nam.

Rachel Noorda and Kathi Inman Berens, English faculty, presented Publishing Studies Research with Industry: What we learned building the Digital Public Library Ecosystem Report. Invited talk at University College London 16 January 2026 (virtual).

JJP Veerman, Math faculty, gave the math-physics-philosophy seminar on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, on The Unsolvability of the Quintic at Chapman University in California.
