Why did you decide to become a student at PSU? I liked the fact that Portland State's School of Business was really good and PSU was close to home. That’s why I transferred here.
How did you decide on your major? Before I transferred, I was a pre-med major, and business was my
back-up plan if I ever decided to switch majors. One of the main reasons I decided to become a business major was because of my dad. He was an entrepreneur, and I wanted to do something similar to what he did.
What has been your favorite class at PSU so far? Why this class? I really enjoyed my Jump Start Your Career class with Professor Becky Sanchez because it was a class that prepared us for our careers. I liked the professor because she really enjoyed teaching us, and she really understood the students' situation, especially if we were struggling in some way. That's the reason why her class is my favorite to this day.
What has been your most rewarding experience at PSU so far? Why was this experience rewarding? My most rewarding experience at PSU has been working with the Office of Student Affairs. I really enjoy the work environment and the people I work
with are great at what they do... I just love working with them. They are really good at helping and providing resources if students need them.
What do you plan to do after you graduate from PSU? I plan to work in a corporate job in the Portland Metro area... I don’t know where yet, but when I graduate, I will.
