Fact Book
The Fact Book provides statistical data and information for use within and outside the university.  It includes sections on students, degree awarded, student credit hours, and employees using traditional tables at a summary level with drill-down capabilities.

Common Data Set
The Common Data Set, used by institutions across the US, was created by publishers and the educational community "to improve the quality and accuracy of information provided to all involved in a student's transition into higher education." It contains both general and detailed information on Portland State's students, faculty, resources, and other commonly reported facts. For more information visit the Common Data Set Initiative.

Retention and Graduation
The institutional retention rate represents the percentage of first-time, full-time, degree-seeking freshmen who enter PSU in the Fall term and are still enrolled at PSU one year later.

The institutional graduation rate represents the percentage of first-time, full-time, bachelor’s degree-seeking freshmen who graduate from PSU with a bachelor’s degree within six years of their matriculation at PSU.
