DR. MOSHE RACHMUTH
Moshe Rachmuth is an associate professor in the Department of World Languages and Literatures at Portland State University. He has a Ph.D in Comparative Literature at the University of Oregon (2010) and an MA at Tel Aviv University in Religious Studies (2004). His research interests include studies of the Hebrew Bible as literature, with emphasis on dress studies, psychological readings of the Bible, and computer-aided methods. Forthcoming publications include a chapter about the Book of Ruth in a C&C Clark book about dress studies in the Bible and a chapter about the singer songwriter Noa in Sacred Cultures in Global Politics coming out with Brill.
