Lalaine Sevillano, School of Social Work faculty, presented two talks at the 10th International Consortium for Social Development (ICSD) Asia Pacific Biennial Conference Manila, Philippines, themed “The Fifth Industrial Revolution Amidst Multifaceted Disruptions: Harnessing the Power of Social Development”. Dr. Sevillano presented “Atangs to Kuwentos: The Power of Communal Care as Decolonial Mental Health Praxis” and “Kalayaan from Coloniality: A Scoping Review of Qualitative Research on Colonial Mentality Amongst Pilipinx Americans”.
