  2. Julia Freybote published “Governmental Restrictions and Real Estate Investor Risk Perception” in The Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics.
  3. Tom Gillpatrick, Business faculty, delivered a keynote titled "Innovation’s role in achieving economic growth and achieving global sustainability goals” at the 13th Annual Oikos Conference in Sophia, Bulgaria. May 23.
  4. Daniel Jaffee, Sociology faculty, gave an invited presentation on his research on bottled water and social movements to the Northwest Toxic Communities Coalition’s Virtual Forum.

Cassio de Oliveira, World Languages and Literatures faculty, gave a presentation via Zoom titled “A View from the Other Shore, from This Shore: Representing Emigration Through Odesa in Late- and Post-Soviet Cinema” at the XI World Congress of the International Council for Central and East European Studies, University College London, on July 23.
