The grant will be dispersed over four years and help PSU student families with children who attend the Helen Gordon Child Development Center. Yasin Tunc, Curriculum and Instruction faculty, received a $200,000 federal STARTALK grant from the National Security Agency that will support an innovative two-year professional development program for teachers of less-frequently taught languages at PSU’s College of Education.
