Town Hall: Financial Aid Impacts

Beginning July 1, 2026, major changes to federal student aid programs under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OB3) will go into effect. These updates will reshape financial aid options available to both undergraduate and graduate students and have significant implications for Portland State University—impacting enrollment management, student services, budgeting, and aspects of academic program planning.

The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships will provide an overview of major OB3 changes impacting student financial aid, what they mean for PSU and its students, and how faculty, staff, and administrators can support PSU’s campus-wide preparation efforts leading up to implementation.

This event is for employees only. Separate presentations will be offered to students in early February.
