Group visits are designed exclusively for high school students (9th-12th grade), teams, or community organizations with 15 to 60 student participants. If you would like to bring a group that includes more than 60 students, contact Campus Visits at campusvisits@pdx.edu before submitting a group visit request.
- Reservations are required.
- Groups may only request two visit dates per term.
- Submit your group visit request at least three weeks in advance of your preferred date and time so that we may offer you the best possible visit experience.
Elementary and Middle Schools: We are unable to host guided K-8 visits. We provide resources for K-8 groups to take self-guided campus tours and learn about our downtown campus.

To submit your group visit request, select a date from below and fill out the form. You will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your request. Campus Visits will confirm your dates via email. This confirmation will also include details about your visit. Your tour is not confirmed until you have received this email confirmation.
Confirmation
We will respond to group visit requests within three business days. If your visit is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within three business days, check your "spam mail" folder for any correspondence from our office. Otherwise contact us so we can resend a new confirmation email.
Late/Cancellation Policy
Notify Campus Visits at least one week in advance of your group visit if you need to cancel, modify your agenda or student count. Notify us as early as possible if you will be late for your group visit. Late arrivals may receive an abbreviated schedule. If a group is a no-show or cancels within one week or less before the scheduled visit we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill subsequent requests from the group.
