Peter was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, where he worked as a student employee at their Rec Center. In 2009, after completing a summer internship at UCLA in their Competitive Sports Program, Peter moved to Portland and started working for Portland State Rec Clubs as their Graduate Assistant. In 2012, he entered his current role as the Rec Clubs Coordinator.
In his free time, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, traveling, and going to concerts. He is an avid sports fan and roots for the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Minnesota Wild.
