Easton was born and raised in the Mountain View, CA. She attended Siena College and Cal State Monterey Bay where she played softball and received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating, Easton worked at Cal State Monterey Bay as the Athletics Administrative Support Coordinator and Intramurals Coordinator, before working at the Academy of Art University as the Athletics Operations Manager. Easton moved to the Pacific Northwest and returned to Campus Recreation in 2014 as the Sports and Special Programs graduate assistant at Oregon State, where she received her MBA. Prior to starting at Portland State, Easton served as the OSU RecSports Centennial Coordinator. In her free time, Easton enjoys playing sports especially softball (6 teams), attending sporting events, traveling, and trying new restaurants. She is an avid sports fan and roots for the San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, Minnesota Vikings, and San Jose Sharks.
