GO-7, Request for Change of Status
GO-7s should now only be used for doctoral and graduate certificate students admitted with a department condition. Departments must use the Graduate DARS Exception Request form (online) to remove a department condition for a master's degree student. Information on DARS is available here.
GO-10, Reservation of Graduate Credit
Requests to use reserve credits are now made using the Graduate DARS Exception Request form (online). Information on DARS is available here.
